The material is a durable magnesium alloy, and together with the Tinder-on-a-Rope firestarter, which contains 80% resin, you can start a fire even when it's wet outside.
The firestarter is completely natural, free from chemicals, and comes from sustainable sources: cultivated pine from Honduras. It produces a strong, long-lasting fire.
The FireSteel generates 3,000-degree hot, concentrated sparks and is safe for igniting both camping stoves and grills.
