All support questions should if possible be asked in our forum at forum.m.nu


We have a high knowledge of the products we sell, but from time to time we might refer you to the manufacturers support. When it comes to RMA of smart home controllers you must have a RMA approval before we can handle the RMA.


Shipping cost and delivery


We send all orders outside of Sweden with DHL. You will always see the current shipping cost at the checkout page when you are logged in.


EU


DHL Economy Select (Road transport) Costs 13-25 EUR depending on where in EU you live. Packages usually arrive in 1-4 days.


DHL Express Costs 18-30 EUR depending on where in EU you live and the packages usually arrive within 1-2 days.


Rest of the world


DHL Express (Air) Cost starts at 29 EUR and might be higher depending on where in the world the packages should be shipped. Usually arrives within 1-3 days.


Payment


You can pay your order with Credit Card or via Paypal (In Finland and Germany Credit Card and Klarna is available as payment options).


Companies can pay their orders via invoice after a approved credit check. New customers should always contact us before placing an order against invoice


Right of Withdrawal


As a consumer (not a company/organisation) you have 14 days right of withdrawal after you have received the order.



In order to be able to know whether or not you want a product, you have the right to examine it. But in order to be able to return it, you cannot use it. If you have used the product, we will deduct the compensation for the depreciation of the product.


Before returning anything to us you must contact us! You as a customer will have to cover the cost of the return shipping.


We will refund the cost of the returned product(s) within 10 days after they have come into our possession.

Warranties


All products have 1 year of warranty if nothing else is stated. If you experience any problems with products bought at m.nu you will have to contact us before sending us the product. In many cases we can help you find a solution to the problem without replacing it!


If a product needs to be returned, we will together with you as find the best way to return it. We will not cover any costs that we have not approved before the product is shipped.




Personal details and confidentiality


We store and process personal data in order to be able to handle your order and the relation we have. We have connected m.nu to facebook. We also use third party tools to gather detailed statistics on how m.nu are used.


The purpose of the processing of personal data at m.nu are: order processing, payment handling, fraud detection, sending out emails and newsletters, retargeting ads, collecting statistics.
