Leakage/rain sensor + temperature

Sensor that detects leaks or rain and measures temperature. The sensor has 3 sensors at the bottom that detect water. When used as a leak sensor, the device sounds an alarm in addition to sending a message to the app or control unit.

Retract awning or close windows in case of rain

Open API allows integration with other systems. It supports MQTT and HTTP REST calls and works well with, for example, Home Assistant and Homey. Simple and sleek application for Android and iOS. Can also be controlled locally directly from the web browser. Support for both Alexa and Google Assistant, Google Home, and Google Home Mini.
