Pizza oven Vomero 16

Vomero is a gas-powered pizza oven. The oven comes with a 2 cm thick pizza stone made of cordierite, which stores heat and crisps the pizza crust.

The size of the pizza stone is 40.5 x 40.5 x 2 cm.
Remember to always heat the pizza stone together with the oven, sudden temperature changes can cause the stone to crack.

Thanks to the efficient burner, where heat circulates along the top of the oven, the pizza is cooked quickly. The oven's temperature rises up to 500 °C. The burner has a power of 5.6 kW.
