ROCK 5B - 8GB

Rock 5B is a next-gen SBC with everything you need to realize your projects and ideas! Born as a challenger to the Raspberry Pi, focusing on offering more of what you love.

It can be used for plenty of useful and fun projects. You can use it as a cloud server, retro console, weather station, smart home controller, and more!

Compared to, for example, a Pi4, you get significantly more performance. A more modern processor with 8 cores and a ridiculously powerful graphics unit. Rock 5B supports 8K60 output or 4K60 on three (!) displays. You can't underestimate the double full-size HDMI!

Rock 5B also has faster 64-bit dual-channel LPDDR4 RAM that makes everything faster!

Rock also comes with support for both M.2 SSD up to 1TB and eMMC modules, which provide faster speeds and higher stability than a microSD card.

If you still want to use an SD card, there are readers for that too. Perfect for Android development thanks to dual display and dual touch support.

40-pin GPIO header that supports most accessories already available for Raspberry Pi, among others.

Rock offers more versatile and faster USB support with 2x USB 3.0 ports at 5Gbps each, as well as 2x USB 2.0 ports at 480Mbps each.

In other words, you don't have to share a 5Gbps channel! The USB ports also support a higher output current of 2.8A in total, allowing you to power hard drives directly from USB. One of the USB 3 ports is also OTG.

For networking, you'll find a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port.
