The Georgia is made of 3mm thick steel in both barrels. Thanks to the durable steel, it is easier to maintain a consistent temperature in the grill. Powder-coated with heat-resistant paint.

It has a large cooking area, allowing for plenty of food. The cooking area in the large barrel is a spacious 72 x 37 cm, and the small barrel is 39 x 37 cm. Grill grates and charcoal grates are made of porcelain-coated steel. The warming grate is made of porcelain-coated steel and measures 65.5 x 14 cm.

The small barrel is primarily used as a heat source for American barbecue and smoking, but can also be used as a smaller grill.

What makes the Georgia special is that the chimney outlet is placed low, requiring the smoke to make an extra turn inside the barrel. This is a big advantage for smoking. The airflow is regulated using the chimney damper together with the valve on the small barrel, which supplies oxygen to the charcoal/briquettes.

The grill has two low-placed thermometers on each side of the lid for easy temperature reading near the cooking surface. The large barrel is prepared for use with Mustang's rotisserie 312849, and it also has two small openings where you can thread the cable for your digital thermometer. It also features large steel wheels for easy transportation.
