Battery backup, BAT-01, is used to maintain the clock even during power outages in a Plejd system. It protects astrological and time-related functions.
The adapter is connected as an accessory to Plejd's range of junction box products. Only one battery backup is needed in a Plejd system, provided that the products have wireless range to each other.
Battery life 10 years standby time.
