The Raspberry Pi 4 Model B is the latest in the line of popular Raspberry Pi single-board computers. The Raspberry Pi 4 offers increased processor speed, improved multimedia performance, more memory, and better connectivity options compared to previous versions, while remaining fully backward compatible with existing expansion boards. This means users can expect comparable performance to traditional x86-based computers.

The Raspberry Pi 4 features exciting additions such as a 64-bit quad-core processor, support for dual displays with resolutions up to 4K via micro-HDMI, hardware support for video decoding up to 4K, up to 8GB of RAM, dual-band 2.4/5.0GHz wireless networking, Bluetooth 5.0, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, and PoE support (requires PoE HAT).
