Thermometers are the most common type of weather sensor and are found in most homes. At m.nu, you can find smart thermometers that measure the temperature and wirelessly transmit the values via 433MHz. Depending on the devices included in your automated home, it can be adapted to temperature changes indoors, outdoors, in the fridge/freezer or pool. Many of the weather sensors are also hygrometers, which means they also measure humidity. Sometimes the term Relative Humidity (RH) sensor is used instead of hygrometer.
